After Tommy had been obliged to retire, it proved very difficult to find a replacement– two young St Ives players helped out for a while. First was Jamie Bryce, now a successful West End actor, and then Kathryn Stevens. Now thanks to Martin Brockman, the Remembrance Sunday Service has an excellently timed RBL CD played out via loudspeakers.
Thanks to Graham Prodger too who has maintained a floral display at the Memorial for many years and who has contrived at last to improve the presentation and display of the wreaths from the primitive method shown above to the professional stands shown right.
