Idea of starting a Youth Club discussed
There appears to have been a problem wit h funds and accounts. It also appears that the AGM for1960 would be held on 30th. November 1961. No accounts had been published and no books passed on to the new treasurer.
A registered letter would be sent to Mr Powell ( presumable the former treasurer ) and resolution that if there was no compliance ( with the contents of that letter) then legal advice would be sought.
Whatever the problem was and how or if it was ever resolved is unknown. The answer ( if any) might have been found in correspondence files which have probably been destroyed long ago.
