Increasing awareness and publicity
Branch & Club chairman Dave Redhead sought ideas for a logo to be used on pennants which could be exchanged with visiting RBL organisations.
The preferred design was Edwin Madron’s—and showed the ‘family boat’ - PZ177—a very individual RBL pennant !
The Mousehole RBL pennant has been placed in cemeteries on Flanders Fields and at the Menin Gate.
The logo was also produced on polo shirts and pullovers which were offered on sale in the bar.– and are occasionally seen.
The one shown is on airforce grey background—other colours were are available.
The Screech owl Sanctuary ,just off the A30 near Indian Queen’s ) had an owl sponsored on behalf of Mousehole RBL,
A website was produced ( 2009 )
